What is the Trust Score?
The Trust Score (1–10) reflects how credible a product's Amazon reviews appear based on FakeFind's analysis. A score of 8–10 indicates mostly authentic reviews. A score of 5–7 suggests some suspicious signals but not conclusive manipulation. Below 5 means significant manipulation patterns were detected and you should view the star rating with skepticism.
What is the Adjusted Rating?
The Adjusted Rating is a recalculated star average that discounts reviews our AI identifies as suspicious, fake, or AI-generated — giving you a cleaner estimate of what genuine customers actually think. It's similar to what ReviewMeta offered before going offline in early 2026.
How does FakeFind detect fake Amazon reviews?
FakeFind's AI examines reviews across four dimensions: Language (repetitive phrasing, generic sentiment, and statistical patterns associated with AI-generated text), Timing (sudden spikes in review volume that indicate coordinated campaigns), Behavior (reviewer account patterns, posting frequency, and anomalies in verified purchase data), and Content (off-topic reviews, mismatched product praise, and signs of review hijacking).
Can FakeFind detect AI-generated reviews?
Yes. FakeFind uses NLP models trained specifically on AI-generated review patterns — including text generated by GPT-4 and similar models. AI-generated reviews tend to be polished but generic, lacking the friction, specificity, and occasional negativity of genuine customer feedback. FakeFind flags these patterns. No tool catches 100% of AI fakes, but FakeFind catches high-confidence cases.
Is FakeFind a Fakespot alternative?
