Pros

  • Soothes foot and ankle painMany reviewers

Reviewers say the wrap provides soothing cold therapy and helps ease ankle, heel, and plantar fasciitis discomfort.

  • Fits larger feet and anklesMany reviewers

Reviewers appreciate the roomy 2XL fit, which accommodates larger feet, swollen ankles, and wide feet without excessive squeezing.

  • Flexible gel conforms comfortablyMany reviewers

The gel stays pliable when chilled and molds around the heel and ankle for comfortable coverage.

  • Easy slip-on designMany reviewers

Reviewers like that the wrap is simple to put on and remove, with no separate ice pack to hold in place.

  • Usable hot or coldMany reviewers

Reviewers value being able to chill the wrap for cooling or warm it for heat therapy.

Cons

  • Cold duration variesSome reviewers

Some reviewers say the wrap loses its chill after about 10 minutes, while others report longer cooling sessions.

  • Bulky for walkingSome reviewers

The thick, heavy gel can make walking awkward, and some reviewers say the foot slips when bearing weight.
